Established in 1976, AMA CPA Limited is a reputable medium size Hong Kong CPA firm.
We have more than 30 employees in Hong Kong, all proficient in both English and Chinese.
We are also a member firm of DFK International, a Top 10 international association of independent accounting firms and business advisers.

Our directors and staff members regularly attend technical and practice development training to keep abreast of all accounting and tax related key developments and are perfectly positioned to meet the ever changing needs of our clients.
Felix Lee
Director
- Started professional career in 1979 with one of the major CPA firms in Hong Kong
- Participated in the audit assignments of various companies
- Became a partner in 1988
- In 2000, the firm was restructured into a corporate practice, and Felix became one of its first directors
Spencer Wu
Director
- Graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong
- Chartered Accountant, Certified Public Accountant (Practising) and Chartered Secretary
- Prior to joining the firm in early 2008, Spencer had over 13 years audit experience gained from professional CPA firms
- Experience in audit and internal control assignments in various industries, including a sizable charitable organization in Hong Kong, a big boutique group in Mainland China, PCAOB audits and SOX review for client listed on the Nasdaq Exchange in the USA
Yentl Lee
Director
- Graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong
- Chartered Accountant, Certified Public Accountant (Practising) and Certified Internal Auditor
- Prior to becoming a director of the firm, Yentl has worked in some major accounting professional firms and has experience in performing assurance for HK listed companies in various industries, including manufacturing and retail. She also has experience in performing pre-IPO internal control assessment and internal control review for HK listed companies and quasi-government organization
Louis Cho
Director
- Graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong
- Certified Public Accountant (Practising), Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales
- Over 10 years of experience in accounting, auditing and taxation gained from professional CPA firms
- Louis previously worked for an international CPA firm with exposure to audits for listed entities in Hong Kong and multinational corporations. Louis has also been actively handling the reporting of capital market transactions, including Initial Public Offerings projects, merge and acquisition etc
